Séguret

Seguret visiter vaucluse village

10 min from Villa Sainte Anne

Séguret is another wonderful village, classified as one of France’s most beautiful villages, just 10 minutes from the Villa. Entirely pedestrianized, it’s a real nativity scene, with its calades and placettes.

In the center of Séguret, stop to admire the listed Mascarons fountain and the 17th-century needle clock. From the village center, you can take on the challenge of climbing to the ruins of the feudal castle (15-minute walk) for a magnificent view of the Rhône valley and its vineyards.

In Séguret, you can visit the small 12th-century Roman-style church of Saint-Denis and the chapel of Notre-Dame des Graces. Don’t miss the braided plane trees, classified as “Remarkable Trees of France”.
