SARL Les Celliers Amadieu (hereinafter to as « Les Celliers Amadieu » or « us ») is a company based in 201 Route des Princes d’Orange 84190 Gigondas, France, SIRET 327 326 138 00010.
In the course of our activities, we collect and process personal data, i.e. information that enables us to personally identify individuals (hereinafter to as « persons concerned» or « you »).

2. Gathering informations

2.1. Data that you transmit directly to us
We collect the information you enter, such as your name, first name, postal address, phone number, email address and the date on which you book on our site.
When you book on our site, we collect details of any financial or accounting transactions details carried out. We also keep a copy of all bookings made on our site, the history of your visits and the content you have accessed, the data you send us when you report a problem with our reservation site, a booking or our services, such as the subject of your request.
2.2. The data we collect automatically
During each of your visits, we may collect, in accordance with the applicable legislation and with your agreement, where applicable, information relating to the devices on which you use our services or the networks from which you access our services, such as in particular your IP addresses, connection data, types and versions of Internet browsers used, types and versions of your browser’s plugins, operating systems and platforms, data concerning your browsing on our reservation site, in particular your browsing on the various URL pages of our reservation site, the content you access or consult. Among the technologies used to collect these information, we use cookies.
In particular, we use Google Analytics, a statistical audience analysis tool that generates a cookie to measure the number of visits on our site, the number of pages viewed and visitor activity. Your IP address is also collected to determine the country from which you are connecting .

2.3. Data concerning the management and payment of reservations
The data likely to be processed for the management of your reservations and invoicing, as well as for customer follow-up, are as follows:
- Data relating to your identity: title, surname, first name, address, telephone number, e-mail addresses, customer code.
- A copy of an Identity Document may be kept as proof of the exercise of a right of access, rectification or opposition, or to meet a legal obligation.
- Payment details: postal or bank details, cheque number, credit card number, expiry date of credit card, visual cryptogram.
- Transaction data such as transaction number, purchase details, etc…
- Invoice payment data: terms of payment, discounts granted, receipts, balances and unpaid invoices.
- Data relating to the follow-up of the commercial relationship follow-up : documentation requests, quantities, number of people, amounts, periodicity, booking history, purchases and services, if applicable, correspondence with the customer and after-sales service, exchanges and comments from customers and prospects, person(s) in charge of customer relations.
Concerning the collection and processing of banking data during the payment process:
As part of the payment process, SARL “Les Celliers Amadieu” collects a certain amount of data (transaction number, data required to issue invoices, etc.) in order to provide payment services. The terms “payment process” refer to:
- Data on payment methods used by concerned persons on our reservation site for the purpose of purchasing the wines offered, relevant account and payment details, such as account number, credit card number, expiry date, name of the person holding the account
- Data concerning the result of the transaction, such as the transaction number and the reservation details
- Invoice payment data: payment procedures, discounts, receipts, balances due, etc.
These data are collected by SARL Les Celliers Amadieu, via the software solution implemented on our reservation site, during the reservation process. There are then stored on the secure servers of the payment solution provider.
2.4. Length of time your data is kept
Your personal data will not be kept longer than is strictly necessary to manage our commercial relationship with you. However, data required to establish proof of a right or contract, or to comply with a legal obligation, will be kept for the period stipulated by the law in force. Personal data relating to non-customer prospects may be kept for a period of three (3) years from the date of collection or last contact with the prospect. When you send us an e-mail, we use your e-mail address to manage your request and reply to you. We will not publish your e-mail address on our site.
You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time (see your rights in point 7).
3. Use of information
Any information we collect from you may be used to:
- Personalise your experience and meet your individual needs
- Improve customer service and support needs
- Room reservations
- The payment of reservations, as well as the execution of the various payment services associated with our reservation site.
- Send you information and/or prospecting emails. The processing is then based on our legitimate interest in informing you and developing our business. If you do not wish to receive emails from us, we give you the option of expressing your refusal to do so when your data is collected, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
- To compile statistics on visits to our reservation site.
- To improve and optimise our booking site, in particular to ensure that our content is displayed in a way that is suitable for your device.
- The management of requests for access, rectification, opposition, deletion and portability of your data, as well as the limitation of processing concerning you and the possibility of providing instructions as to the treatment of your data.
We will also be authorised to use this data in order to fulfil a legal or regulatory obligation..
4. Privacy
We are the owner of the data collected on this site. We are the exclusive owners of the information collected on this site. Your personal information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given without your consent. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website or conducting our business, so long as such parties agree to keep such information confidential; such third parties including our group companies: SAS Famille Amadieu, Pierre Amadieu SAS, SCEA de Gigondas, SCEA Hautes Cances; as well as the payment service provider.
6. Data protection
We implement measures to protect the security of your personal information.Only employees who need to perform a specific job (for example, invoicing or customer service) have access to personal information. Computers and servers used to store personal data are kept in a secure environment.
7. What are your rights?
In accordance with the regulations governing the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:
- Right to be informed of the purposes of processing and the identity of the data controller (see above);
- Right of access and verification of data: you may, at any time, access the data that SARL Les Celliers Amadieu holds on you or check whether you are included in the database of SARL Les Celliers Amadieu;
